“Lori has helped me sort through my very busy life and all the “stuff” that surrounds us – family, friends, neighbors, to do’s, bills, jobs, etc. Coaching has helped me pull out and keep what is important to me: my inner being and my priorities. After a call, I feel renewed in the direction I am taking to fulfill my personal goals. I feel I know “who I am” much more. I am a calmer, happier person.”

“Working with Lori Radun as my coach has made a dramatic change in my life. We worked together to set specific, achievable goals in the areas I identified as needy. Together, we developed a step-by-step plan to achieve those goals. Lori assisted me in seeing both the 'big picture' and the weekly 'little steps' that would get me to where I wanted to be.

What I especially appreciate in Lori is her psychology background. She is able to ask me the 'tough' questions, to guide me through the maze of my own mental roadblocks to accomplishing my goals. She is a cheerleader when I move forward and a problem-solver when I'm stuck.

Another aspect of working with Lori that I appreciate is her availability. Whether by phone, e-mail or in person - she is 100% focused on my situation and me. I receive prompt callbacks or e-mail responses that indicate there is a caring, supportive person at the other end, who is truly in my corner!”

Coaching is a relationship that provides support, energy and empowerment, which enables the client to connect with their true self and achieve the goals needed to live the life they desire.

Often times coaching is confused with other related fields, so it is helpful to understand how coaching is different. Coaching is different than therapy. In coaching, I believe you are a whole and functioning individual. The goal of coaching is for me to help you move from a functional state of being to an optimal state of being. Therapy focuses on the client’s past and attempts to heal emotional wounds, or manage mental illness.

Unlike consulting, coaches rarely give advice. Coaches ask empowering questions. And as a coach, I know you have all the answers within you. My coaching will help you connect with those answers and bring about the clarity you need to make life changes. As your coach, I will help you stick to a personally developed plan for success.

Lastly, coaching is not the same as mentoring. A mentor draws on his or her own experiences to help someone. As your coach, I will be focusing on your life experiences and how they can be used to encourage your growth.

Coaching Testimonials

What have my clients said about how coaching has made a difference in their lives?

"Working with Lori has made a tremendous difference in my life. She makes me feel so supported without any judgments. It is a lot to go on the journey to live an authentic life and knowing that she's my companion, cheerleader and confidante is so, so heartening. She champions me and helps me to see hope and possibility when I doubt myself. She holds my best self up for me to see when I start to forget or doubt who I am. Lori is so sincere and so happy for me when I reach a milestone. I know, no matter what, that she's really there for me and wants to see me live out my truth."

Debbie H., Middle School Teacher and Single Mom, Jersey City, NJ

"Lori is a great coach to work with. No matter what obstacle I felt was in my path, Lori helped me figure out what steps I could take to make the changes I desired. Whether it was with my kids (she's got lots of great tips for parents!), my spouse, or figuring out my next career path, Lori has a way of asking just the right thought provoking question to help me see other possibilities. She's extremely supportive and genuinely interested in my success. In the short time I've worked with her, I have gone from feeling like I was mired in a deep rut to feeling optimistic about my plans for the future. I feel like it was Lori's support and encouragement that helped me make that transition."

Christy P., Stay-at-home Mom, Indianapolis, IN

"I just wanted to write a short note of thanks for providing me with a valuable, insightful, and inspirational coaching experience. You were always able to see the best in me, even when I did not see the best in myself. Through your positive and empowering process, you were able to keep me on track with my goals and stretch me to reach higher. Your spiritual strength provided a wonderful reinforcement to my own faith, and helped me explore how I can draw on my faith as a foundation and as a guide. And to top it off, we had a lot of fun in the process!"
