What about ME? Where is the balance in my life?

I know exactly what you're feeling. There was a time in my life when I was stressed and unhappy. I was in a marriage that didn't honor my values. I commuted two hours a day to work at a job that no longer fulfilled me. I was dealing with raising an ADHD boy whose energy level left me frazzled. Oh, and did I mention I was also going to school part-time?

Maybe your life is not exactly like mine was, but no doubt if you are feeling the way I was, you are:

I went through a major transformation to gain balance in my life. In a matter of 5 years, I divorced and remarried a man that shared my same family goals in life. I quit my job and started my own business doing something I absolutely love. I reconnected with what made "me" happy and began making myself a priority.

At the beginning of each month, you will receive a pre-recorded audio lesson that you can listen to at your convenience, in addition to a series of action plans that will help you integrate the learning into your life. At the end of the month, we will meet for a 60-75 minute group coaching call. This will be your opportunity to be coached on the areas you are struggling, learn from other moms, and feel supported on your journey. And I have to mention, the coaching call will also help hold you accountable to yourself. It's this culture of accountability that brings about the changes you desire.
