Return to "Head over Heels!" Helping Couples Get Back the Magic that Made Them Want to Marry and Have Children in the First Place

Becoming parents is an exciting and wonderful step for couples. But being a parent changes a marriage in a myriad of ways. Where couples once were focused on each other, we are now focused nearly exclusively on our child(ren). Within minutes of meeting our baby, we would probably have stepped in front of a moving train if her life depended on it and that continues throughout their lives. There is no question we are devoted Mommies and Daddies. But maybe we have lost something as Husbands and Wives? We may have lost some of our self-nurturing as well. How do we tend to ourselves, and to our partners with the same devotion we bring to our children? How do we find balance? Find joy, peace and closeness with your partner. Return to Head Over Heels!

If you could ask our guest expert Catherine DeMonte just one question about keeping the romance alive after children, what would it be?
