Mothers will explore the common reasons they feel guilt, and understand the difference between "valid" guilt and "invalid" guilt. A five-step process for eliminating guilt will be presented, in addition to strategies for overcoming five common guilt traps mothers often fall into. Moms will learn to trust themselves and parent with confidence. A very popular topic with moms.
